June 2021 Christian Outreach Focus


Outcast Food Network (OFN) is the official Christian missions outreach for CAOT's second Christian book tour stop (The Men of CAOT Virtual Showcase) scheduled June 26, 2021.  

Outcast Food Network helps to enhance the lives of the needy with food distributions, youth education and job skills training.

CAOT is asking all featured authors and attendees of the Men of CAOT Virtual Showcase to help solve hunger and poverty by making a financial contribution directly to OFN by donating at cash app “$outcastl” or www.outcastfoodnetwork.org!

Loved, Healed & Restored was the Christian missions outreach for CAOT's first stop of the 2021 Shining God's Light in a Dark World: Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) Christian book tour.

Helping Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) support Christian Missions!

Since 2011, Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) has collected in-kind donations (i.e. personal hygiene items, healthy snacks) for various Christian missions at Christian book tour stops across the country.  

As part of the 2017 Declaring the Glory of the Lord:  Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT), CAOT will ask participating authors and attendees of our literary events to sow in the following ways: 

  • May 2017 - Domestic Violence 
On May 20, 2017 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., authors and booklovers who participate in a day of Christian books, fellowship and praise at Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, MS will have the opportunity to be a blessing to women affected by domestic violence by dropping off new and unused personal hygiene items (i.e. sanitary napkins, soap, lotion, socks, underwear, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, hand sanitizer, robes, etc.) to the registration table inside Holmes Hall.  All donations will be given to a local organization, Butterflies by Grass Defined by Grace.

  • July 15, 2017 - Homelessness Men & Women

On July 15, 2017 from 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., authors and booklovers who stop by the Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) booth at the 2017 Harlem Book Fair in Harlem, NY by dropping off new and unused personal hygiene items (i.e. men's socks, women's socks, men's underwear, women's underwear, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, etc.) for homeless men and women supported by the New York City Rescue Mission

The New York City Rescue Mission exists to provide help and hope to the hungry, homeless and hurting men and women of New York City.  Even if you can't attend on July 15, 2017 in NY, you can still be a blessing by shipping donations to the address above.  


  • August 26, 2017 - School Supplies for Children in Berkeley, MO at Harvest Church
Meet Christian Authors on Tour (CAOT) at the Berkeley Economic Empowerment Day hosted by Harvest Church and bring new and unopened school supplies (loose-leaf notebooks, notebook paper, pens, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, book bags, pencil sharpeners, dictionaries, rulers, composition notebooks, spiral notebooks, etc.)  for distribution to local school children.


  • October 2017 - Pro-Life




Gabriel Network (GN) is a Christian ministry of loving service to women and families challenged with a crisis pregnancy.  GN has been helping women and children in Maryland and Washington, D.C. for more than twenty years. 


  • December 2017 - Homeless Women and Children
Everyone should stop by the registration table to sign-in and drop-off "NEW" personal hygiene items (i.e. toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, dental floss, women's socks, women's underwear, women's hats, women's gloves, tampons, sanitary napkins, scarves, children's coats, children's gloves, shampoo, slippers, conditioner, lotion, lip balm and bibles) for women and children at the Karis Home.  CLICK HERE for more details regarding this missions outreach!
